Natalie provides assessment and treatment for a broad range of emotional, behavioural and mental health issues and concerns, including anxiety and stress management, panic, depression, anger, parenting, relationship difficulties and life coaching. She has specific interest in trauma focused therapy and couple work. Her work has included considerable work with veterans and their families.
Natalie has extensive experience with varied client groups and individually tailors her support and input to best suit the unique needs of her clients. She draws upon a range of evidenced based therapeutic interventions including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
Natalie is passionate about helping people make meaningful and realistic changes, developing solutions that facilitate their ability to live the live they want.
Natalie is a registered Supervisor and is available for clinical supervision support either face to face, via Skype or via telephone.
